ebooks:

Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital products, ebooks are non-refundable. Once received, no refunds will be provided.

Loss of ebooks: We are not responsible for any loss of ebooks. If you happen to misplace or lose them, repurchasing is required at the regular cost.

4-Week Course:

Non-Refundable: The four-week course is non-refundable, especially once the course has commenced and materials have been provided.

Missed Classes: Attendance is crucial as these are live classes. We do not take responsibility for missed classes. There are no rescheduling options or discounts for missed sessions.

Class Repeat: If a class is missed, there are no guarantees of a repeat session. The materials provided, including slides, are the only resources available after the live class concludes.

30-Minute Zoom Consultation:

Refund Evaluation: Refunds for consultations are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, they are non-refundable, but exceptions may be made under certain circumstances.

Missed Sessions: If a client misses a scheduled consultation, it is their responsibility. No rescheduling or discounts will be provided for missed sessions.
